Users get overwhelmed and exhausted trying to find the perfect room.
Solution: design a more user-friendly complete and refined search process.
I analyzed a few hotel booking sites and compared them, acknowledging common patterns and differences, paying special attention to the user flows and features. I user-tested two specific sites and took notes on successful and conflicting aspects of the interface, on the basis of how they impacted the experience of the user.

The click-through prototype allows for the new experience to be tested again, whether with users or for euristics (rules of thumb in interaction design), and final amendments made if required.
